Doubtless Bay is situated in the North of NZ, a place of stunning beaches and great fishing, with a growing multicultural population.

Doubtless Bay Christian Centre has an intergenerational congregation teeming with young life. Our Mission is Living the Great Commission. We have a heart to see whole families come to faith in Christ, to see each one walking in freedom in Christ, and to see everyone growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are looking for someone to oversee and lead our Children/Youth ministry to the next generation and have “hands-on” leadership in the Intermediate and Youth ministries. We see the role as discipling the current young people and developing/encouraging the outreach into the yet non-believing young generation. Currently we have a busy Sunday morning programme and are in the planning stages of developing a Friday afternoon, early evening programme.

You must have had experience in ministering to this age group; formal training is a bonus not a prerequisite. You must be an organiser and be able to lead and grow the team of volunteers. A passion for Christ is fundamental.

You must be eligible to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this role.
