What is a Faith Community Nurse (FCN)?

They are registered nurses who have an additional faith-based training.

Faith community nursing does not replace your current health care provider but is rather an additional Faith based Health support partnering with you on your journey of obtaining whole health and wellness.

• Hope Clinic FCNs offer Health Advocacy and Health Literacy support.       
• Provide health education and ease of access in obtaining better health outcomes.
• ·Sound clinical knowledge and advice is provided and where appropriate Health care referrals are available on consideration.
• Faith Community nursing provides an opportunity for physical mental spiritual and emotional healing through faith based prayer support.
